ARTWORK INFORMATION


Artwork Submission - All artwork is submitted via email to greg@tournamentgolfgifts.com. You will receive an email confirmation for all artwork received. Accepted formats include: .eps, .tif, .jpg, .pdf, .bmp or .psd. All artwork must be high res 200dpi or greater (lo-res web graphics will not be accepted)

Embroidery & Setup Charges  

Embroidery is a method of using various color threads to stitch or sew images onto various soft materials. Setup charges apply to logo digitization and tape creation. The artwork provided determines the number of stitches needed to make a duplicate of your graphic file for embroidery. The number of stitches is determined by the size and complexity of your logo. Our standard embroidery pricing includes up to 7,000 stitches. Additional stitches above the standard listed above will incur a .50 per 1,000 stitches additional charge (we will notify you of any additional stitch count charges before embroidery production is started).

Freight Charges  

You will be charged our actual freight costs or we can ship on your UPS or FedEx account. All standard orders ship UPS or FedEx ground and will take 2-5 business for delivery days depending on your distance from Phoenix, AZ. 10 business day production time is typical and needs to be added to the ground delivery times. Rush orders with overnight, 2 day and 3 day options are available upon request. Actual charges for these services apply.
